The Embassy is located at Oscars gate 29 in Oslo, near the Royal Palace. This area is also home to many other Embassies.
By Car
Oscars gate is a one way street. Hence access to the Embassy is from Uranienborgveien. Once you have parked, please proceed to the reception. There you will receive a parking ticket allowing you temporary parking outside the Embassy for the duration of your visit. Please bear in mind that the number of parking spots is limited.
By train
If you are travelling by train (subway, airport express train, and some mainline services), the nearest station is National Theater. From here, it is a 10 minute walk. Upon exiting the station, walk diagonally through the Palace grounds until you reach Parkveien. From here you turn into Uranienborgveien. Follow this, and take the first right into Oscars gate. The Embassy is located on your left.
By metro (T-bane)
The nearest metro station is National Theater. All east- and westbound trains stop at this station. From here, it is a 10 minute walk. Upon exiting the station, walk diagonally through the Palace grounds until you reach Parkveien. From here you turn into Uranienborgveien. Follow this, and take the first right into Oscars gate. The Embassy is located on your left.
By tram
Tram 11 runs between Oslo Central Station and Majorstuen. Get off at the stop Homansbyen, which is on Hegdehaugsveien. This stop is just past the intersection with Oscars gate. From here, it is a 2 minute walk to the Embassy.
By bus
Bus number 21 (Akerbrygge - Helsfyr) runs near the Embassy.
