Marriage

The Embassy can provide you with a certificate of being unmarried. In order to apply for this certificate you will need the following documents:

  • Proof of deregistration from the local authorities of your last residence in the Netherlands.
  • An ‘utskrift av opplysninger registrert av Det Sentrale Folkeregister’. This can be obtained via Skatteetaten and needs to have an apostille stamp from the Fylkesmann
  • A copy of your passport

The certificate costs about NOK 270.
